Requirements
Parents are requested to submit the completed application form along with the following documents:
1. Birth Certificate – Original & photocopy for age proof.
2. Transfer Certificate (TC) – For students applying from another school.
3. Community Certificate – If applicable, for community/ caste verification.
4. Aadhaar Card – Copy of the student and parents/guardian.
5. Passport Size Photographs – 3 recent photographs of the student.
6. Previous Academic Records – Report card/ progress card from the last school attended (if applicable).
7. Address Proof – Copy of parent’s/guardian’s residential proof.
