Rules and Regulations – Sacred Heart Matriculation School
- Motor Vehicles – Student Safety Guidelines
Students using motor vehicles to commute to Sacred Heart Matriculation School must ensure that their vehicles are registered with the Deputy Principal. All student vehicles should be parked only in the designated parking area provided by the school.While travelling to and from school, students are expected to follow traffic rules and demonstrate responsible driving behaviour. Any violation of these guidelines may lead to disciplinary action by the school management.
- Clearance Procedure
Students who are leaving Sacred Heart Matriculation School permanently must obtain a Clearance Form from the school office. After completing the form, it must be submitted to the Student Office for approval.A student will be officially considered “cleared” only after returning all school property taken on loan and settling all pending fees, dues, and charges.
- Students’ Property and Personal Belongings
Students should take proper care of their personal belongings while on the school premises. Parents are advised not to send valuable items to school unless absolutely necessary.The school will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal property. Each student is solely responsible for safeguarding their belongings.D
